- Do not use my work for AI training or "finishing" it with AI.

- I have the right to turn down any request for any reason.

- I retain rights to use the work for advertising my services (unless signed by NDA).
- All payments are upfront and if any complications arise refunds can be issued unless there has been an approved WIP already.
- I allow up to three revisions so please be clear and concise on what you want! I cannot do unlimited revisions with many clients. NOT APPLICABLE TO SKEBS
- I will try to deliver all work within a month or two, but I work on a first come first serve basis. If I have a backlog to do, it may take longer
